PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING!!!

 

• We will accept clothing on a first come, first serve basis for immediate inspection. If a wait time is necessary, we will give you anywhere from an hour to a 24 hour window to pick up any items we do not accept. Any items left after the 24 hour period will be donated if not claimed. There will be no exceptions!!!!

 

• All clothing and accessories must be in current style (two years or less preferred), in season, and in perfect                    condition. Clothing must be freshly laundered, pressed and hung or folded neatly before being accepted for consignment. Wrinkled clothing is unacceptable and will not be taken at any time.  

 

• The selling price of each item will be determined by Once Again. Any concerns regarding pricing should be addressed at time of drop-off. The consignor receives 40% of the selling price of the item. Payouts can be picked up at any time, Monday-Saturday during business hours. Payable check amounts are not to exceed $150.00 per account at one time.

 

• Items are kept for 60 days. After 30 days, the price will be reduced by 15%. On the 60th day, the original price is reduced by 30%. Items left past 60 days become the property of Once Again, and will be disposed of at our discretion. It is the consignor’s responsibility to monitor pick-up dates and to call approximately 14 days in advance for an appointment to collect their items. Items need to be picked up within a week from the scheduled date! Any unclaimed pick-ups or items will be donated to a local charity after the week is up.

 

• Once Again reserves the right to run periodic sales outside of the normal reduction schedule.

 

• A $5.00 consignment fee will be charged to open an account. This is a one-time fee and is deducted from the account automatically. The first $5.00 in sales covers the fee and all monies start to accumulate after the fee is taken.

 

• Once Again does not accept responsibility due to loss, theft, or damage.

 

• Payouts may only be given to the person or persons who opened the account unless otherwise specified. Once Again must be notified of any other person who may be allowed to pick-up money from another’s account.
